Microsoft Office Add-Ins

Icertis Experience for Word (.JS version) is supported on both macOS and Windows:

  • Windows 10: you must upgrade to .NET Framework 4.8 on your machine to use Word Add-in on Windows. It is supported on Microsoft Office 2016 (16.0.5161.1002) and Office 365 2105 (14026.20138).

Outlook Add-in (.JS version): Supported on 2 different platforms:

  • For macOS (Big Sur): It is tested and verified on Microsoft Office Office 365 : 16.51 (21071101) and above.
  • For Windows 10: It is tested and verified on Office 2016- V16.0.5161.1002, Office 365-2107 (14228.20226) and above.
