= User Administration =

An Administrator can manage all the users, groups, their privileges, and ICM settings. The ''User Administration''&nbsp;tile contains the administrative features.<br/> These settings affect the way ICM users view the features and their privileges.

ICM offers following administrative features:

*Managing Organization:&nbsp;Managing the Organization structure, unit and groups 
*Managing Users: creating, provisioning, deprovisioning, reprovisioning, replacing users 
*Managing User Groups: creating user groups, editing user roles, role action mapping, givng privileges, managing the&nbsp;Service Level Agreement (SLA) requirements of the organization 
*Managing Security Groups: creating and editing security groups and providing privileges to users through security groups 
*Managing&nbsp;Application Settings: including the entity color configuration, theme settings, etc. 
*Managing&nbsp;Notification Settings: including the notification cateogires, creating/editing Subscriptions 
*Managing Currencies: creating/editing currencies&nbsp;that you can use while creating Contract Types 
*Creating Reasons: to&nbsp;track a particular rejection involved in clause, template, attributes and so on. 
*Perform other important Admin Tasks: including deleting an Agreement, searching documents an Agreement is linked to and syncing them, uploading legacy documents, and so on. 

== Translations Editor tool&nbsp; ==

Translations Editor tool contains all strings that are localized within ICM. Users can download all keys and their localization values as an Excel file, modify multiple values and upload the modified changes to ICM. Once the values are updated in ICM, the caches are updated automatically to avoid the cache flush and server restart. This has significantly enhanced productivity as the turnaround time to update the Resource Key values has been eradicated. &nbsp;<br/> Working with Translations Editor tool<br/> To use the Translations Editor tool:<br/> 1.&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;Click the User Administration tile. The User Administration page opens.<br/> 2.&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;Click the Admin Task tile. The Admin Task page opens.<br/> 3.&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;Click the Translations Editor tab. The Translations Editor page opens.&nbsp;<br/> &nbsp;<br/>  <br/> Translations using search field<br/> 1.&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;Select a language from the Select Language drop-down in which you want to edit the labels. &nbsp;For example, French.&nbsp;<br/> &nbsp;<br/> 2.&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;The ResourceKey of the selected language is displayed.<br/> Note: Resource Key is a unique key by which the application gets its label text for different languages.

For example, let us edit the ResourceKey DefaultMessage (Message par défaut).<br/> &nbsp;<br/> 5.&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;Edit the value. For example, add a letter t to the French message Message par défaut to make it Message par défautt.<br/> 6.&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;Click Update. The ResourceKey value for DefaultMessage (Message par défaut) in French has been updated to DefaultMessage (Message par défautt).&nbsp;<br/> &nbsp; <br/> Translations of Multiple languages ResourceKey using the Action tab<br/> To edit a ResourceKey value of multiple languages: &nbsp;<br/> 1.&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;Click the Edit this Resource Key for Multiple languages icon. For example, edit the value of $$AMENDMENTID$$ for all supported languages. A window opens displaying the Amendment ID values in different languages.&nbsp;<br/> Note: ResourceKey is visible based on the selected language in the Select Language drop-down field. &nbsp;<br/> &nbsp;<br/>  <br/> 2.&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;Edit the Value of Amendment ID in different languages as per requirement. For example, add a letter n for the French label and add a letter i for the Polish label of Amendment ID.<br/> &nbsp;<br/>  <br/> 3.&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;Click Update. The Resources Updated Successfully window opens.<br/> &nbsp;<br/> 4.&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;Click Ok. The ResourceKey values of Amendment ID in French and Polish labels have been updated.&nbsp;<br/> &nbsp;<br/> &nbsp; <br/> Translations of Multiple languages ResourceKey in bulk using Download and Upload option<br/> You can update the ResourceKey of all supported languages in bulk.<br/> To edit ResourceKey values of multiple languages in bulk:<br/> 1.&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;Click Download File. A Microsoft Excel file with the name BulkActionWorkBookStringResource is downloaded.<br/> &nbsp;<br/> 2.&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;Open the Microsoft Excel file.<br/>  <br/> 3.&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;Click Enable Editing. All ICM supported language ResourceKeys and their values are displayed.<br/> &nbsp;<br/> 4.&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;Edit the ResouceKey of multiple languages as per requirement.<br/> 5.&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;Save the Excel file.<br/>  <br/> 6.&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;Click Upload File. The Upload Translations window opens.<br/> &nbsp;<br/> 7.&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;Click SelectFile. The Open window opens.<br/> &nbsp;<br/> 8.&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;Select the updated Excel file.<br/> 9.&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;Click Open. The Warning window opens indicating that this is a heavy operation and can potentially affect overall application performance.<br/> &nbsp;<br/> 10.&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;Click Ok. The Upload Summary displays the number of Records Uploaded, Records Processed, and Records Updated Successfully values.<br/> &nbsp;<br/> 11.&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;Click Close. The label translations have been achieved for multiple languages in bulk using the Download and Upload options.
