Agreements

This page displays all the agreements that you are associated with in one way or the other - you may have created an agreement or are part of the team working on it.

From this page you can:

  • search agreements: search for agreements in a variety of ways. Refer to the Searching Agreements for a detailed explanation on how to use the search effectively.
  • View Smart Links: Smart links can be used to link related documents to one another. For example, if there are several agreements with the same vendor, all these can be linked through smart links just to see the types of agreements that are currently in force with that vendor. See Create Smart Links for details.

You can manage the look and feel and the behavior of this page. See Navigating in ICM for details.

  • add search to favorites: for easy access, you can add up to 6 of your saved searches as favorites. The name of that search appears above the search results.
  • view details of an agreement: click on the View RTENOTITLE icon to see the details of that agreement. The details are displayed in the Agreement Details Page.
  • choose a view: select how you wish the agreements to be shown. You can choose between the Grid view (the default), Extended view or Tile view. Each view offers various details at a glance - choose one that you prefer.
  • choose columns to display: click on the Select fields icon to display the available and selected attributes. Add and remove what attributes to show or hide for the agreements using the arrows. You can add any number of columns and see them all using the vertical scroll bar. Including more attributes can be useful when exporting the list to Excel.
  • export to Excel: you can export the list of all the currently displayed agreements to Microsoft Excel. This allows you to manipulate the data using various features of Microsoft Excel. Note that you can export a maximum of 1000 rows. Try narrowing down the search to reduce the number of records displayed. See Search Agreements for details on how to use the search.
