Working with Amendments

You can add various types of Amendments in ICM: 

• To Agreements that are in Executed state: You cannot edit an Agreement that is in Executed state (signed by both internal and external parties). To make any changes to an executed Agreement, you must add an Amendment to it. 
• Add Amendments without Parent Agreements (using the user interface): You can amend older Agreements such as from legacy mergers and acquisitions that are difficult to locate and/or retrieve. 
• Add Amendments without Parent Agreements (using the ICM Excel Add-in): You can use Excel Add-in to create and upload Amendments in bulk.
