Viewing Existing Clauses
You can view the Clauses in Word AI provided you have Manage privileges on the Clauses and can edit it in Word.AI.
To view existing Clauses:
- Click View Existing Clauses on the Dashboard. The Clauses page opens.
- Select the contract type from the Select Contract Type drop-down.
- Select the clause group from the Select clause group drop-down. The clauses that are part of the specific clause group are displayed.
- Select the dots next to the clause and then click Details to view the clause details.
Clause Details
The following fields are displayed on the Details page:
Select Contract Type: Select a Contract Type from the list of Contract Types available in the system. Click the Selected Contract Type drop-down. A list of contract types appears with the following options:
Select All: Click Select All to select all the Contract Types in the list. The clause that you create will be part of the selected Contract Types.
Deselect All: Click Deselect All to clear the list of selected contract types.

View Existing Agreements
You can view the agreements in WordAI provided you have Manage privileges on the agreement and can edit it in Word.AI.
To view an existing agreement:
- Click View Existing Agreements on the Agreements page. The list of agreements is displayed.
- Click the dots next to the agreement to edit, download or preview the agreement.
Editing an Agreement
You can edit an agreement in WordAI provided you download the agreement document from ICM and open it in WordAI. Any user who has Manage privileges on the agreement can edit the agreement in WordAI.
To edit an agreement:
- Select the contract type from the Select Contract Type drop-down list. The agreements relevant to the selected contract type are displayed.
- Click the dots next to the agreement that you want to edit. The window opens displaying the options to edit and preview.
- Click Edit. The agreement is displayed in the word document.
