Template Management
A template is a framework that represents a standard layout for a Contract/Agreement. In ICM, you can create templates by adding information such as attributes, clauses, team members, and then use these templates to create agreements. It is one of the key tasks as it forms the basis of agreement creation process.
While creating a template, you can define its validity. This ensures periodic review of the content and language to keep it in line with changing business requirements.
