Template Management
The Template is a framework that represents a standard layout for a Contract/Agreement. The Template Management Tile enables you to manage all aspects of creating and editing templates from a single page.
From here, you can view and manage all your templates on the Template Page.
In ICM, you can create templates by adding information such as attributes, clauses, team members, and then use these templates to create agreements. It is one of the key tasks as it forms the basis of agreement creation process.
While creating a template, you can define its validity. This ensures periodic review of the content and language to keep it in line with changing business requirements.
Using the Templates feature, you can perform the following tasks:
Search a Template
Upload a Template in ICM
Create a Template using Microsoft Word
Install ICM Word Add-in
Create a Template in ICM Word Add-in
Approve/Reject a Template
Send a Template for Approval
Approve/Reject a Template
