A contract type structure can be used once it is published. Contract type structure is approved and then published by the primary owner.
To publish a contract type:
1. Click the contract type you want to publish.
2. On the Contract Type Details page, click Publish. The 'Successfully published' message appears once the contract type is published.
| Note: When you click Publish, the system takes time to publish the contract type and it takes a while before you see the contract type available in ICM. After you publish a contract type, it is available for creating clauses, templates, and agreements. |
