No Support for Adobe Sign

The Background and Challenge 

Adobe is moving to OAuth 2.0 as their default standard.  In this process, they have modified the OAuth 1.0 behavior. 

Previously, as part of the callback Adobe used to send parameters such as “Code” and “API_Access_Point”, now with the recent development, they have stopped sending “API_Access_Point”

Note: The change in the behavior of OAuth 1.0 has created this disruption of service.

 

 Solution

Icertis has identified the fix to support the change made by Adobe, as a hotfix for any customer who is seeing this issue. As an immediate action, Icertis would be providing a HotFix for the Multi tenant customers (Non-prod and Prod). The same will be included as part of the upcoming patch releases. The same solution will be made available on the previously released ICI versions in the upcoming patches, and if needed  HotFix will be provided.
